About
LAPCAD LTD started in business in the 1990's utilising the emerging new form factor of the laptop computer to offer mobile computer aided design services from architects to engineers; 
this was a new evolution in personal computing format at the time and can be seen in the registered logo design used by the LC of the Lapcad logo.  
LAPCAD LTD provided onsite computer aided design services in 2D / 3D.  At the time a 14" colour screen laptop cost about 5k and needed many spare ni-cad batteries 
with power lasting for only 30 minutes at a time, thus explaining the limitations of early laptop computing.

LAPCAD LTD are a collective of individuals utilising digital technologies for design and development of ideas.
